American rapper, Bobby Shmurda might be home for Christmas after he was arrested and jailed by police last year for involvement in Gang related activities.
Shmurda is best known for his best known for his song “Hot Nigga” and “Shmoney dance” , which as top 6 in Billboard Hot 100.
He was arrested in December 2014 by New York City Police, alleging that he was the ringleader of a Crips gang known as GS9 responsible for numerous atrocities.
According to reports, Shmurda’s family has helped come up with the $2 million bond needed for Shmurda’s freedom. Apparently Shmurda’s aunt is to be thanked in large part, as she put up several properties in order to come up with the dough. The family has reportedly been working closely with NY bondsman Ira Judelson to figure out a solution.
Shmurda’s legal team also feels extremely confident in their bail package this time around, as they’ve put together a 200-page document that tracks where every single penny that makes up the bond money is coming from.
