On-Air-Personality, Toke Makinwa was scared out of her wits as she witnessed pandemonium in lekki today.
She took to twitter to narrate her experience while she was held up in traffic on Lekki link bridge.
She wrote, “Gosh just witnessed the scarriest thing ever…. Gun shots, Okada riders with machetes, what the hell is happening in lekki”
Reports have it that about 40 men who rode in okada were seen blocking the roundabout on Admiralty Way in Lekki Phase 1, leading to Lekki/Ikoyi link bridge.
The men armed themselves with cutlasses, and most are wearing red bandanas.
And gunshots were fired into the air causing pandemonium and unending traffic gridlock everywhere on the bridge with people running for thier lfes.
