By Pina Peters A Nigerian Blogger, Seun Oloketuyi, has been slammed with a N3 million bail by the Federal High Court in Lagos for allegedly publishing a defamatory item about the CEO of Fidelity Bank Plc, Mr Nnamdi Okonkwo.
