Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, who is currently the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, has responded to the claims directed at him by Sokoto State Governor and former Speaker, Aminu Tambuwal he was deemed incompetent for the post of speaker of the House.
Gbajabiamila had been unanimously chosen by the APC for the Speaker-ship position before their plans were thwarted and his direct opposition, Yakubu Dogara was installed by the PDP.
According to Tambuwal, who made the revelation on Monday, August 10, 2015, while receiving a delegation from Bauchi, he supported Dogara because of his competence.
In response, Gbajabiamila said that he had “moved on”.
