Amma Korantema Kumi, a 26 year old contestant in the MTN Project fame 8.0 has withdrawn sadly due to uncontrollable health reasons.

Kumi who has a BSc in Entomology and Wild Life from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana  is the only Ghanaian in the academy.

In what seem like a bad news for lovers of the reality show and of course her followers as the only Ghanaian left in the completion, Kumi can’t continue because of health reason.

The completion is now clearly open for the six remaining contestants namely, Jeff, Pearl, Arewa, Ada, Anderson and Deinde to gun for the top prize.

She has been one of the favourites to win this year’s competition before the abrupt end, she has been trilling audience, judges and getting reasonable votes with her lovely voice and mouth-watering performances.

Her Ghanaian fans will be more heartbroken as their pretty favourite couldn’t continue her race for fortune, fame and glory.
