Although he is better known for the critically acclaimed tune, Sweet Mother yet Aki Special has remained one of the finest songs from late high life maestro, Prince Nico Mbarga.

The tune was recorded alongside with his Rocafil Jazz Band.

Prince Nico Mbarga died at the age of 47 after sustaining fatal injuries in a motorcycle accident on June 24, 1997.
