Wizkid, Yemi Alade Lose BET Awards – Entertainment Express

The two Nigerian hopefuls for the BET award Best International Act, Africa lost out to Livingstone Etse Satekla a.k.a StoneBwoy.

Ghana’s Reggae and Dancehall artiste Stonebwoy won his first BET Award today, 28 June 2015 beating the duo of Nigeria’s Wizkid and Yemi Alade.

Other contestants include Sarkodie (Ghana), Fally Ipupa (Congo), THE SAUTI SOL (South Africa) and AKA also from South Africa.

The award was last won a year ago by Aye crooner, Davido in a double swoop that also saw him dominate 2014 MTVMAMAs.
