By ADENIYI THOMAS Operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS), arrested fuel black market sellers in lagos this morning. According to reports, they forcefully arrested  black market sellers along Awolowo Way, Ikoyi ,Lagos. An eyewitness said one of the dealers was beaten badly and they tore his clothes.
