Its Just two months after the Loss of the presidential seat to President Buhari by her Husband, and Dame Patience Jonathan has lost the kind of respect she formerly commanded.
Former first lady, Patience Jonathan was recently embarrassed at the Port Harcourt International Airport, New Telegraph reports
Patience Jonathan was allegedly humiliated by security operatives and aviation officials at the airport, while on her way to the burial of her late Chief Security Officer (CSO), Tamuno Jacob Igbomie, a Deputy Superintendent of Police.
According to the report, the incident occurred on Wednesday, July 22,when Mrs Jonathan was denied access into the VIP lounge of the airport.
When Jonathan arrived the airport, she was said to have headed to the VIP lounge, which was her normal procedure when flying, however, she was supposedly prevented from entering the lounge.
In spite of entreaties by her personal aides to the security agents at the airport to allow Jonathan enter the lounge, they stuck to their guns and responded that they were acting on orders from Abuja.
The report further added that the same scenario ensued upon her return from the burial.
