The lady who accused Timaya of raping her, now identified as Shella B will stop at nothing now, as from the looks of things she’s intent on drawing blood.
The Lady in question took to Instagram yesteday and made some intresting claims about Timaya and how he allegedly raped her while on tour in The United staes.
Timaya has since refuted the claims, saying they had con-sexual sex and she’s only trying to pull a fast one by black mailing him.
She has now gone on an Instagram quest again today, saying she has filed for a an assault and rape case.

YOU CAUSED ME!!! ONE CASE FOR RAPE AND ONE FOR THREATING MY LIFE!! LIKE I SAID I TOLD THE DETECTIVE TO GIVE ME TIME IF I WANTED YOU ARRESTED FOR RAPE! THEY SEEN THE EVIDENCE!!! She however, ended her tirade by saying, Timaya should get his Legal team ready for a grueling court battle as she won’t be backing down without a huge Settlement (in figures)
