For the second time in a week, a container reportedly fell of a Moving heavy duty trailer In the Obanikoro area of Lagos.
This occurrence comes barely a week after the Trailer Carnage in Ojuelegba that left 3 people dead. The Trailer fell off the popular ojuelegba bridge, crushing unsuspecting pedestrians, killing them instantly.
According to Online reports, no casualties was suffered this time around as the container only fell by the road side.
In the face of this unfortunate incident involving trailers and Tankers in the state, the Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode has since banned their movement during daytime – they are only allowed to travel/move at night when the major roads are less busy.
