Super Eagles Head coach, Sunday Oliseh was at Anfield today to meet Liverpool starlet, Jordan Ibe in a bid to convince him to chose Nigeria over England.
Jordan Ibe is a 19-year-old Nigerian who has been capped already at England Under-18, U19 and U20s levels but is yet to play for the National team.
The word out right now is that Ibe has attracted attention from England National team coach, Roy Hodgson so it only makes sense for Sunday Oliseh to swoop in at this time before the Talented forward is finally out of his reach.
Oliseh was in company of his assistant Jean François Losciuto as he met with the forward at Melwood (Liverpool training ground) to discuss his international future and convince him to switch his alliance to Nigeria.
Ibe’s father and Liverpool officials were present at the meeting.
England are however not giving up on Ibe and as the Football Association are keen to keep him within their set up.
Just to clarify a bit. Jordon Ibe, his dad, Liverpool official were in that meeting yesterday with the Super Eagles coach and his assistant.

This was a meeting set up from the highest level in which the club manager was aware. Everything was properly done.

It is an ongoing process. Only time can reveal the end of it. No drama either way.

No no. Am not his assistant (I wish!). His assistant is Jean François who we call Jeff. He was also present. https://t.co/qNPzlNOCSx
