Chibok Girls: Boko Haram Agrees To Meet Federal Government For Negotiations

The dreaded Islamist-Jihadist sect, Boko Haram has made preparations to negotiate with the Federal Government for the release of the remaining 219 Chibok girls in its captivity.

This was revealed by Barrister Aisha Wakil who was declared wanted by the Nigerian Army some weeks ago over her connections with the deadly group.

She further noted that the group might soon make its plan public through social media platforms.

Aisha Wakil while speaking to The Nation’s correspondent said: “Since I came back, I have been on their neck. They have now agreed to come out and discuss with the government and bring back the girls.

“I am for the Chibok girls and all the captives. They are ready for peace. This is what they told me.”

She added: “I think they might post some information on YouTube within 24 hours.”
